- Our Program Manager will provide you with a statement of work based on your input.
- After receiving your purchase order and data, eDocPublish.com will design the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM user interface (main menu) and the
Packageor Printed Package
- Paper documents are scanned and converted to PDF searchable files.
- Electronic files (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Corel, PageMaker, FrameMaker, QuarkExpress, etc.) are converted to PDF
- Search engine index is built.
- Bookmarks and Hyperlinks are generated.
- Table of Contents is generated.
- Installation program is designed and written.
- Project is reviewed by Product Assurance.
- Design Paper Sleeve or inserts
- Mail Pre-production CD/DVD for review and approval
- Email Art Work for review and approval
- Customer approves Pre-production CD/DVD and Artwork
- Manufacturing begins
