Although eDocPublish is not proposing teaming partners at this time, we do expect that we will be adding companies to our contract from time to time.  As we receive task awards involving subcontractors, we will maintain ultimate responsibility for contract and task performance, and our subcontractors will be responsible to us for accomplishment of their tasks according to the subcontract task issued formally by eDocPublish.  eDocPublish’s PM will closely monitor subcontractor performance to ensure that the contractual requirements are being met.
